All In for Reconciliation

Adelaide Convention Centre

Tarntanya | Adelaide | 4 - 6 November

The National RAP Conference and Indigenous Governance Awards 2026 bring together a powerful network of 3,000+ organisations reaching over four million Australians daily. It’s a unique opportunity to harness this collective influence to drive meaningful reconciliation outcomes across workplaces, communities, and beyond.

The theme All In, reminds us that reconciliation does not happen by itself, it needs all of us working together.

In 2026, Reconciliation Australia marks 25 years of leading the reconciliation movement.

This year also marks 20 years of RAPs at work; 20 years since the first eight organisations committed to a RAP in recognition of the urgent need for organisations to be All In to advance reconciliation.

These milestones are more than celebration and reflection. They are a time for a renewed call to elevate our actions and deepen our commitment to meaningful change.

Reconciliation Australia acknowledges Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past and present. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples should be aware that this website may include references to and images of deceased persons, as well as historical images that may be confronting.
